Glendale Homes is a joint development project between FBRDC and Avida Land Corporation, an affiliate company of Ayala Group of Companies. Located in Barangay Granada, Bacolod City, the project has total of 1,088 housing units and three package price ranging from P303,000.00 to P400,000.00. The basic house types are row house-core and new house  with a floor area measuring 32.4 square meters, lot area  50 square meters and constructed using both conventional materials and panel type technology.
